Booking a service

When you enrol and pay online, your payment confirms your place, and you will get a confirmation email straight away. Getting in touch through this website, or joining a free webinar, does not create a contract.

Cancellations, transfers and refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.

No guaranteed outcomes

The programmes and courses are designed to build your knowledge and help you prepare, but I cannot guarantee any particular result, such as passing an exam, getting a job or a promotion. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your own study and the decisions of employers and exam bodies.
